Payment
We accept payment through Paypal. Orders must be paid in full before we can handcraft the item.

Shipping
Processing/production time on all orders is 1-2 weeks. Should you need your order rushed, please contact us before placing your order so we can set up an expedited service for you (additional fees apply).
All packages will be mailed via USPS to your address that is associated with your order unless otherwise noted.
All packages will be sent via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail, depending on the size and weight of the order. You will receive a follow up email with tracking number (only Domestic orders).
*We are not responsible for any delays from the mail carrier. We can only guarantee day of shipping - NOT delivery date as any delays from USPS due to any weather conditions and/or unforeseen issues reside out of our control. We anticipate your order to process and ship in a timely manner as indicated in your receipt or per our conversation. Your package should get there in time once we send it out, not considering any USPS issues.
*Rush orders are available, but will be charged an additional fee, please contact us before placing your order.
*We are not responsible for any mistake made by the customer during the order. This applies to orders that require proof review and approval by the customer (example: invitations). Once we have received an approval from the customer to move forward with the order, we are unable to go back for any changes or returns once production has begun.
When ordering, please state all the specifications you would like (color variations, name, age, etc.). If for any reason, we are out of stock on a requested specification, we will immediately notify you and work out an alternate option.

International Orders
Please note above policies of processing and handling still apply to international buyers.
International shipping is via USPS First Class International mail, with packages usually arriving within 2-6 weeks (but can take longer depending on mail or Customs delays). There is no tracking number. If you would like your shipping expedited, please contact us.
Customs forms will be completed with your purchase price. Buyers are responsible for paying any Customs import taxes, duties, tariffs, VAT, or other charges assessed by your country.

We will not state "gift" on the package. We fill out Custom forms accurately and truthfully, so please do not ask us to falsify information of any kind. We claim full retail value on our Customs forms for insurance purposes.

Refunds and Exchanges
We work hard to provide the absolute best for our customers! We guarantee that each items is created with quality materials, excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Due to the nature of our handmade and custom business, we do NOT offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Loss or Damages
In situations where the order is lost or damaged during shipping, refunds or replacements will only be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product and once the buyer has cooperated to complete and submit the insurance claim affidavit and provided the required information such as photos for the claim to be processed without any issues.

Additional Policies
The handmade pieces created by House of Mark are intended for adults. They are not suitable for children as it will not stand up to vigorous play and they include small parts that could easily be swallowed.
